On September 8, 2012 the Messiah Carpentry Team constructed another Wheelchair Ramp in support of CASA of Madison County. The lady who received this ramp was in desperate need of assistance. She had no way of exiting her trailer home without being physically carried down off of a rotting porch. Thanks to the carpentry team and your support, she can now safely cruise down a nice solid ramp. Way to go Carpentry Team!
The carpentry team tries to build about one ramp per month. If you would like to learn more or would like to assist the team please contact Joe Stuart or Owen Wasmoen. The team meets Wednesday evenings to build ramp components and installs the ramps on Saturday mornings.
