Members and friends of Messiah Lutheran Church celebrated Reformation Sunday on October 25th with a Holy Baptism and Confirmation service.
The service included the Holy Baptism of Noah Stanley Pitchko. Noah is the son of members Tim and Kari Pitchko. Noah’s Baptismal Sponsors are Mychal and Lauren Morgan. Noah’s older brothers, Greyson and Colin, were also baptized on Reformation Sunday. The glass bowl is from Messiah’s baptismal font. It was the very first outdoor baptism in Messiah’s thirty year history.

It was an especially long-awaited day for Messiah’s newest confirmed members, Abigail Charlene Tucker, and Drake William Meyer. Their confirmation was originally planned for Pentecost Sunday this past May, but because there was no in-person worship at the time, it was decided to postpone until a later date.
